Description

"visitor" is a drawing of Flandre sitting on a coffin on top of her bed in her room, inspired by the design from Foul Detective Satori.

Background

I wanted to practice more cloth and fabric drawing, as well as indoor perspective. Meanwhile, I had just finished sanatorium, posted it on BlueSky, said the next artwork would not be a Hifuu-related one, and ended up making renko instead, forcing me to finish this one first.

Techniques

The drawing uses two-point perspective, with the background completely surrounded by the bed curtains. The curtains near the front are given some transluscency, to indicate how thin it is. The bed and the curtains use soft shading to emphasize their softness, while Flandre's clothes are given a lot of shadows to make it look like it has lots of folds.
