There are certain objects in the drawing that serve as a reference to each album that contained a story related to the duo.

Background

While working on stars, I wanted to draw a warm and somewhat antique-styled painting. I wanted to draw a scene that resembled what Renko's room would look like. Afterwards, to fill in the space, I decided to add a bunch of references for fun, which eventually turned into referencing every story the two have been in.

Techniques

The drawing uses a painterly style, as well as generally warm colors, to give a cozy feeling. Three point perspective was used, to make it look like the camera was looking down from the ceiling of the room.
