Description

"fuu" is a drawing of Renko and Merry in the Hiroshige No. 36. Merry has fallen asleep and is leaning on Renko. A digital screen of Mt. Fuji along with credits can be seen in the background.

Background

This drawing is the third drawing in the 2025 Hifuu Month Collection. The theme of this drawing was Retrospective 53 Minutes, as seen from the background and the character designs.

Techniques

A simple cel-shaded style was used for this drawing, with gradients on the hair and seats to make them less uniform. The screen in the back was drawn normally, then isolated to be put in Paint.NET. Afterwards, each pixel was separated into three color channels (RGB) and reassembled. Then it was scaled down and blurred to make the colors blend better.
